    我们正在寻找一名前台接待员,确保办公室平稳高效的日常运作。公司前台是公司的关键成员,你的目标是向办公室运营相关的团队提供可靠和一致的支持。
    工作内容:
    你将成为所有办公室相关工作的联络人。确保团队能够在愉快的工作环境中工作。
    - 采购办公用品,确保所有工作区域正常运作,以及保持整个办公环境的干净整洁。
    - 您将负责接待客户/客人,快递订单/递送,旅行安排和日历管理。
    -您将处理人力资源管理事务,从管理职位,员工的招聘和离职,并提供外籍员工的签证申请。
    -需要协助其他部门进行文件上传和梳理工作, 主要发生在系统和服务器升级期间。
    -办公区域节日布置,之后进行正确的整理回收
    -办公室物业协助工作


    要求
    专业知识
    -可以胜任多项工作内容的,具有详细的组织能力和积极应对问题的能力。
    -能够客观地解决具有争议情况的问题。
    -可以很好的和他人沟通,具有优秀的人际交往能力:能够用英文接听电话和发送电子邮件进行有效沟通。
    经验和技能:
    -至少2年在中国的行政相关工作经验。
    -了解中国法规要求。
    -有外企工作经验者优先。


    We are looking for an Receptionist who ensures the daily operations of the office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be a key member of the company and your goal is to provide reliable and consistent support to the team related to office operations.
    Role:
    - You will be the point of contact for all office related duties. Ensuring the team can work in a pleasant working environment, such as ordering supplies or making sure all work areas are well-organized
    - You will be responsible for greeting clients/guests, kuaidi orders/deliveries, travel arrangements, and calendar management
    - You should be well-adept at supervising employees in a fair and consistent manner: be able to motivate and encourage them to increase their productivity
    - You will be handling all HR affairs from managing job postings, employee orientation and termination, and provide visa application support for foreign employees
    - Provide assistance in translating documents and proposals between English and Chinese
    - Other ad-hoc tasks assigned


    REQUIREMENTS
    Expertise:
    - Multi-tasker who is detailed-oriented, organized and able to prioritize issues
    - Able to objectively solve controversial situations with positive results
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: able to communicate in both English and Mandarin Chinese effectively at all levels in person, by phone, and by email
    Experience & Skills:
    - At least 2 years of admin related work experience in China
    - Knowledge of Chinese regulatory requirements
    - Previously working in an international office environment is a plus
    - Interested in evolving into a more operational role
